Removal and replacement of all support columns and restoration of the Buttercross at Bungay, Suffolk.
This is where modern technology and inspirational design can be used effectively on a traditional building. The use of epoxy resin pins enabled the restraints of the Buttercross to be replaced in an economic way by leaving the 30 ton dome and 2 ton justice in place throughout the construction period.
